Refugee & Asylum Seeker Drop-in

We provide a drop-in support, advice and signposting service for refugees and asylum seekers in Chorley. The drop-in runs alongside The Meeting Place on Wednesdays and Thursdays 10 am - 12 pm.

There's no need to book an appointment and we promise a warm welcome, refreshments and help with a range of issues including accommodation, benefits, learning English, connecting with other asylum seekers and refugees and a chance to join in with activities including gardening, arts & crafts, woodwork and more.

This service began in June 2021 as a County Council funded service. The British Red Cross now provide the County Council funded service but we continue to welcome and support Refugees and Asylum seekers.
